The vertical wire coil packaging line is a high-efficiency solution designed to improve both speed and space utilization in modern coil packaging operations. Compared to the SA-LS-400 vertical coil wrappers, this coil packaging line features two integrated wrapping machines and a single infeed station, increasing packaging speed from 1.5 minutes per coil to just 1 minute per coil.

It features automatic coil handling system for packaging, weighing and labeling of wire rod coils and slit coils. Its vertical structure minimizes floor space usage, making it ideal for factories with limited room while still delivering automated packaging, weighing, and labeling functions for wire rod coils and slit coils.
