Our revolutionary Supermalloy, a soft magnetic Iron-Nickel alloy, redefines industry standards with its remarkable properties and versatility. Crafted with precision, Supermalloy boasts an adjustable nickel content ranging from 30% to 90%, making it the ideal solution for a multitude of applications across various industries. It is widely used in the fields of electronic communication, precision measurement, rectification devices, magnetic shielding components, relays, transformers, inductors, and electromagnetic clutches.
- High magnetic permeability, low losses, and low magnetostriction. Components made from Supermalloy exhibit strong saturation resistance, high inductance, excellent stability, and compact size, ensuring energy efficiency.
- Superior processability with excellent surface quality and exceptional welding properties. However, it's important to note that the magnetic properties of Supermalloy, particularly its permeability, are sensitive to mechanical stress. After annealing, caution should be exercised to avoid collisions or bending, thereby minimizing the generation of excessive installation stress.
- With a higher nickel content, Supermalloy offers good corrosion resistance in general environments. In particular, high-nickel Supermalloy often doesn't require special rust-proof treatments such as coating.
- Supermalloy comes in various grades categorized by composition: 35% to 40% NiFe alloy, 45% to 50% NiFe alloy, 50% to 65% NiFe alloy, and 70% to 81% NiFe alloy. Each category allows for adjusting the magnetic hysteresis loop state of the raw material through process parameters, providing flexibility for users to choose based on their specific requirements.
