- Vibrating conveyor belt

Separates large particles from damp flour, returning fine flour to the first predusting machine to form a closed-loop system.
- Motor protection
Built-in temperature sensors and overload protection automatically cut power or reduce speed if the motor is overloaded (e.g., jammed) or overheated, preventing motor damage.
- Drum interior
Made of food-grade 304 stainless steel (polished, no sharp edges). The drum rotates at low speed (typically adjustable), moving products inside in a combined “rolling sliding” motion to ensure full contact with flour, breadcrumbs, or pre-mix powder, avoiding common manual flouring issues such as uneven coating, clumping, or exposed surfaces.
