Applications
This nonwoven winding machine is specially used in manufacturing SMT stencil cleaning rolls, it is designed to convert slit rolls of dust free paper and nonwoven fabric into smaller rolls of industrial cleaning paper.
- Variable frequency speed control, production speed is adjustable;
- Unwinding unit uses air expanding shaft, and the tension is easily controlled using electromagnetic powder brake;
- Rewinding unit can be fitted with extremely small diameter paper core, core diameter can be flexibly adjusted for easy loading and unloading;
- Automatic edge trimming and finished product counting;
- Rewind tension adjusting mechanism;
- Optional: automatic web guiding system;
