The AD5160TYHR road maintenance truck has large-capacity recycling drum, which is suitable for large-area restorations of badly damaged, widely damaged and faraway roads. Functions of the road service truck include asphalt recycling, asphalt heating and spraying, emulsified asphalt heating and spraying, road compaction, etc. Because of these functions, the road maintenance truck is sometimes called as a hot mix asphalt distributor truck. Rollers and hydraulic output interfaces can be equipped as auxiliary equipment.

3. The asphalt mixture heating is done in high efficiency and high quality. The road repair work is base on in-situ asphalt hot recycling, the heater’s flame does not directly contact the asphalt, instead, the asphalt in the recycling drum is heated through hot air circulation. Because of the rotary, this selection of road maintenance equipment ensures uniform and quick asphalt heating. The entire recycling process does not pollute the environment.
4. The recycling drum boasts structural simplicity and ease of use. The drum is mounted on the vehicle chassis for mobile construction. It can be reversed to discharge the hot materials as needed. The road maintenance truck is equipped with feeding mechanism. The drum rotation, materials feeding and discharging are under hydraulic control, which facilitates convenient and flexible operation.
5. The asphalt equipment is equipped with hydraulic power output interface, so as to meet requirements of auxiliary devices for a variety of road maintenance jobs.
6. The road maintenance truck has remote control device, which allows remote control over the flip, lift, and pan motions of heating panel, as well as feeding and harrowing action.
