Drum Dryer
Perhaps the most unique selling point of this drum dryer should be the radial lifting flights. Those are the fins you would see around the inner wall of our rotary drum. The lifting flights pick up the woody materials and drop them down evenly through the stream of air. Pairing that feature with our drying time control, users can expect the optimal drying effects. By adjusting several parameters, it is easy to control the water content of the final woody products. A variable speed drive is used to control the volume of material flowing through the drum. The entire rotary dryer also comes with an alarm that would automatically go off if clogging is detected.
Drum dryer of TWG series is highly efficient at drying up wood chips, sawdust and scalping. This biomass dryer enables a high thermal efficiency of more than 70%, in contrast to 35% provided by traditional single-drum rotary wood dryer. Better still, TWG drum dryer takes up around 50% less floor space than its counterpart available on the market. That space savings translates to approx. 50% less money invested in factory construction. It also uses 60% less electricity.
