Spray bonding oven is mainly used for drying treatment of spray adhesives on thicker fiber web from last process. The purpose is to increase the strength of fiber web, set the fiber web and prevent the fiber from being loose. This spray bonding oven adopts three layer conveyor for repeated drying of the fiber in oven, better setting effect, and costing less energy than drying oven with single layer conveyor. To save the cost in operation for you, we can provide dying ovens with a range of heating materials, such as gas, coal, steam boiler, electric heating, etc. spray-bonded wadding oven is widely used for cloth lining, mattress, quilt, puppet stuffing, etc, because polyester wadding is more soft and more flexible than needling cotton.

Features

This spray-bonded wadding oven adopts alternate air blowing on top and air suction on the bottom to make the fiber more uniform and make the surface of processed fiber more even.
This drying oven adopts 1.2mm cold rolled steel sheet on the outside of thermal insulation layer and glass fiber on the inside. The total thickness of thermal insulation layer reaches 100mm and silica gel is spread on the edge of moving door located on the two sides of the drying oven, and thus leading to better sealing ability and no thermal leakage.
This spray-bonded wadding oven adopts three layer conveyor. Otherwise, the distance between the middle conveyor and the upper layer conveyor and under layer could be adjusted according to the thickness of raw material.
This spray bonding oven is equipped with an independent control system, which can automatically control the temperature in the drying oven during the drying process to keep constant temperature, and thus resulting in better effect of drying and more energy efficiency.
