Wind Turbine Castings
We currently provide dozens of iron castings used in wind power turbines, and provide them to internationally known companies such as Bosch Rexroth. Our castings are made using high quality nodular cast iron. Various resin sand molds are used in the production process. We have also introduced imported precision detection equipment, including the German SPECTRO direct reading spectrometer and the FARO 3D scanner. A number of vertical machining centers are also used. Experienced process engineers and skilled mold engineers ensure every step of the production and detection process meets quality standards. We work with leading mold manufacturers as well in order to ensure the quality of the molds we use. Each of these factors has worked together to improve the production efficiency and product quality. As a result, complaints about quality defects are extremely low, proving the quality to customers both old and new.
