Oil Immersed Transformer
Haolai is a transformer manufacturer with more than 10 years of hands-on experience. We build our oil-immersed transformers in a variety of configurations: hermetically sealed, submersible, split-winding, and one with conservator, on-load tap changer, amorphous metal core, or three-phase bridge rectifier, etc.
Available in voltages up to 132KV and capacities as large as 31500 kVA, Haolai oil immersed distribution transformer is made of premium cold-rolled strips of silicon steel. Both primary and secondary coils are constructed from quality oxygen-free copper. The entire transformer design is reliable, compact with decorative appeal.
Multi-step lap core is used to reduce core loss at the step lap joint, improving the ability of the iron core to conduct electromagnetic energy. Using a 4-step lap joint also reduces the level of noise caused by magnetostriction. Both windings have access to cooling oil which helps cool down the heated wire during operation thereby allowing the transformer to take more loads. The most suitable iron core and clamp plates should be chosen based on customer’s specific application needs. A separate high-voltage bushing is connected to ground.
