The oval duct forming machine, or ovalizer machine, uses hydraulic expansion to transform round spiral ducts into flat oval ducts (or ovalized ducts). This process creates ductwork perfectly suited for installation in areas with limited vertical space or constrained architectural designs. The resulting flat oval duct pipes can be joined using a simple slip-joint method. Featuring an adjustable die, the oval duct machine accommodates various diameters and specifications of round ducts, expanding the application scope of standard spiral ducts.
Round spiral duct is processed by the pre-pressing machine, then hydraulically expanded by the oval duct machine.
After the spiral oval duct has been hydraulically expanded and formed.
