Split-type spiral duct forming machine efficiently produces spiral duct pipes with a diameter range of 100mm to 1800mm. It can fabricate galvanized steel spiral ducts (thickness 0.5-1.2mm) and stainless steel spiral ducts (thickness 0.5-1.0mm). The split-structure design allows this air duct making machine to accommodate larger diameter steel coils, effectively reducing the frequency of coil changes during spiral duct production and making it suitable for large-scale continuous operation.

This spiral duct machine can produce spiral duct pipes through a die-forming process. Compared to traditional spread-wing type duct machines, this method results in a more secure lock-seam and more precise duct diameter control.
The spiral duct machine utilizes a lead screw transmission mechanism for machine body angle adjustment. This design significantly enhances the precision and stability of equipment debugging, further ensuring the quality of air duct formation.
The main motor provides 15kW of output, offering strong power.
The feeding speed is adjustable up to 35 meters/minute, demonstrating excellent production efficiency.
