- Rock Drill
- The drill rig is equipped with a French Montabert HC150 drifter, delivering 21kW of impact power for high penetration rates. The adjustable impact frequency function allows operators to match drilling parameters to different rock formations, improving efficiency while reducing operating costs. This configuration supports efficient operation across varied geological conditions.
- Undercarriage
- Configured with a maintenance-free four-wheel one-track travel system designed for construction machinery. The undercarriage supports a ±10° track oscillation angle, allowing real-time body angle adjustment during slope travel and drilling operations to enhance operator and machine safety. The crawler system offers strong mobility and high terrain adaptability.
- Folding Boom
- Reinforced folding drill boom design supports horizontal, vertical, and inclined drilling at multiple angles. The large drilling coverage area allows efficient operation in complex and harsh terrain environments.
- Air Compressor
- Air compressor is equipped with an Atlas Copco screw air end, delivering stable and reliable performance with low energy consumption to support continuous drilling operations.
- Feed Mechanism
- Motor-driven chain feed mechanism provides fast feed and lifting speeds with high operating efficiency. Fitted with an imported Eaton feed motor, ensuring stable performance and long-term reliability.
- Air Intake Filtration System
- Three-stage air filtration system ensures clean intake air for both the engine and compressor. The first-stage filter features automatic reverse air cleaning, eliminating manual disassembly and cleaning. This design reduces dust ingress caused by human handling and improves overall system reliability.
- Engine
- Powered by a Cummins QSC8.3-C260-30 engine with a rated output of 194 kW. The engine provides strong power output, reliable performance, and convenient maintenance.
- Feed Beam
- The feed beam is manufactured from specially pressed aluminum alloy and protected by stainless steel wear-resistant sleeves. This drill feed structure offers high strength and excellent straightness while keeping overall weight low, reducing load and improving operational reliability.
