Fujikura 70R Ribbon Fusion Splicer
Many high fiber count cables are made from ribbons of fibers, usually 12 fibers per ribbon. So, splitting all these fibers out to splice individually is a difficult and time consuming job. Given this, the Fujikura 70R ribbon fusion splicer is developed to splice a ribbon of fibers at one time.
Feature
1. This mass fusion splicer is able to complete splicing process in 11 seconds at SM-FAST mode, and it only takes 18 seconds to heat the FP-04 (T) heat shrinkable tube.
2. If the Li-ion battery is fully charged, it can finish 110 times of splicing and heating cycles, and the electrode gives over 1500 times of electric arc cycle.
3. Thanks to the automatic wind protector and tube heater, our ribbon splicer reduces required operational steps, and it also realizes convenient working as a result of the carrying case which has an integrated workstation.
4. The ribbon fusion splicer could deliver satisfying performance even under extreme conditions because it is resistant to dust, rain and shock. In addition, the observation system doesn't require retroreflectors.
