AV6471 Fusion Splicer
The AV6471 fusion splicer is a newly designed, fully digital fiber splicing machine. It takes advantage of an embedded operating system to provider user-friendly operation interface, and its imaging system is able to offer clear and delicate pictures of fiber ends. Aside from these, this product also exhibits many other outstanding properties as demonstrated below.
Feature
1. With a small and lightweight body, our core alignment fusion splicer works well in narrow places, whilst its real-time temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure compensation system helps to reduce splice loss even under harsh environment.
2. The splicing process and tube heating process can be finished in 8 seconds and 30 seconds respectively, thus providing higher productivity.
3. Our fusion splicer boasts a high degree of automation. More specifically, when the wind protector is closed, splicing will be started automatically, and when the heater cover is closed, tube heating will be started automatically.
4. Owing to the real-time electric discharge calibration system, it is not necessary to adjust processing parameters under most conditions.
5. The electrodes of our fusion splicer are capable of supplying more than 4000 times of electric arc.
6. A 5.7", high definition LCD is equipped so as to display various data and images, and the remaining battery capacity is also revealed on this screen.
7. A large-capacity Li-ion battery is built-in to finish 220 times of splicing and heating cycles, thus making this high-speed fiber optic splicer particularly suitable for outside plant applications.
Application
The AV6471 fusion splicer is commonly used in FTTx projects, fiber optic device plants (for production and inspection), optical backbone networks (for construction, maintenance and repair), etc.
