This nano bead mill with double-drive is designed to meet our customers’ needs of grinding new nano materials. It has a quality rod pin with an optimized configuration. Moreover, the screen’s filtering area has been greatly increased. This is how this nano bead mill enhances grinding efficiency and output, thus satisfying the demands of large-scale grinding of nano materials.
Regarding the technical details, the main motor of this grinder makes the main shaft rotor rotate at high speed through a V-belt. Also, the shaft rotor makes the grinding medium move fast, creating huge impact force, friction force and shear force, which ensure the material is fully ground and mixed.
To achieve these functions, this double-drive bead mill has adopted several advanced techniques. For example, the grinding chamber is sealed to prevent the generation of bubbles and additives from evaporating, thus avoiding air pollution. The external static screen on this grinding equipment is precise and wear-resistant, ensuring effective separation of ground materials and a long service life.
