Integral flange is generally available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and steel alloy. It is also known as long weld neck flange. Instead of welding or casting treatment, integral flange is manufactured from die forging and machining techniques. It is used as a whole with the equipment applied. The wall thickness of integral flange is higher than that of butt weld flanges. Except PN1.6MPa and DN450, integral flange has an inside diameter equal to the nominal diameter. It is typically used as an industrial flange, and is widely found in machine building, power generation, and petrochemical field, etc.
