Loose ring flange comes in two pieces: the center collar and the outer ring. It is designed to connect industrial pipelines and equipment with bolts. Loose ring flange helps users to save the material considerably: the ring is made from low-grade material, and the center collar adopts the material the same with the pipe. Loose plate flangefeatures limited bearing capacity, and low strength in the ring, so users are suggested to apply it for some specific applications. 

Manufacturing Technique
Loose ring flanges are produced with die stamping and machining techniques. Welding or casting treatment is unacceptable.
