Jigging Machine
Jigging machine is a device used in gravity concentration. The pedestal is made of box iron, while the whole machine is produced by welding of steel plates. Hence, the machine features high abrasive resistance. The machine is lined with tiles, which contributes to low repair rate and high durability of wearing components. It requires small installation space, which enhances the capacity per unit area.
It makes use of water as beneficiation medium and separate targeted minerals and gangue minerals based on differences in specific gravity. Generally, the maximum feed size is ranging from 6 to 8mm. Fine particles can be concentrated directly without classification. For some specific ores, the maximum feed size could be 12mm. Commonly used jigging machine is diaphragm-type. Based on differences in specific gravity, stroke length and frequency can be flexibly adjusted with variable-frequency regulating speed motor. Tapered slide valve adopted is able to reduce failure rate by 80 percent and decrease energy consumption as well.Moreover, the capacity is enhanced by 35 percent.
The machine is widely applied for gravity concentration of various metal minerals such as wolfram, tin, placer gold, hematite, brown iron, manganese, titanium, antimony, lead and niobium.
