Hydraulic Test Bench
The Highland Hydraulic Test Bench is a modular, high performance solution designed for factory and type testing of hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and valve groups. Though customized, it has reached a modular assembly level with standardized software, oil tank design, valve body, and drive platform, allowing for quicker delivery times from the original 3 months down to just 2 weeks in some cases, simply by adjusting the pipeline layout as per your requirements.
Our test bench offers comprehensive testing functions, including pressure, flow, and temperature monitoring, providing an in-depth performance assessment for hydraulic pumps. We also offer a one-stop service from needs analysis and design to manufacturing, installation, and technical support. these test benches are available in various configurations, including factory test benches, type test benches, and maintenance test benches.

Examples of Hydraulic Test Bench Applications
Hydraulic Pump Test Bench for Excavators
This product is known for its user-friendly design and interface, making performance testing of excavator hydraulic pumps simple and efficient. The hydraulic test bench not only provides essential test data like flow, pressure, and power but also includes an advanced diagnostic system to help users quickly identify pump issues. Designed with operator convenience in mind, this test bench ensures that even non-specialists can easily conduct hydraulic pump testing and maintenance.
Power Recovery Hydraulic Test Bench
This test bench stands out for its energy-saving capability, achieving up to 80% efficiency. Unlike conventional test benches, which convert pressure energy into heat through hydraulic loading, the power recovery test bench operates differently: an electric motor drives the pump under test, which outputs high-pressure oil to power an auxiliary motor. This auxiliary motor, in turn, assists the electric motor in driving the test pump. During testing, any energy loss is offset by minimal electricity from the grid—the lower the energy loss, the higher the energy efficiency.
Not only does the power recovery feature reduce operating costs, but it also aligns with the industry’s focus on sustainable development. This energy-saving test bench offers multiple modular layout options, customizable to meet each user’s specific requirements. The flexible design allows users to tailor the layout for optimal space utilization and improved testing efficiency.
