Dough Processing Equipment

The horizontal dough mixers are engineered to blend precise quantities of flour, water (recommended ratio: 1:0.4–0.45), and other ingredients into uniform dough, making them ideal for bread, pizza, and similar bakery products.

Each mixer is equipped with a specially designed oil seal, effectively eliminating the common issue of oil leakage found in traditional mixers, which can compromise dough quality. The hinged top cover enhances operational safety, while advanced manufacturing technology delivers quiet performance, minimizing noise and protecting operator.

The dough bowl and outer housing are made of 201 stainless steel, while the stirring paddles are made of 304 stainless steel.

This series offers three models: HMJ12.5, HMJ25, and HMJ50, capable of mixing 12.5 kg, 25 kg, and 50 kg of dough per batch. Customers can select based on their production needs.

Blade type: available for all models.
Ring type: available for HMJ25 and HMJ50 models.

The sheet thickness is 1.0 mm.
