The non-stop 4 spindle turret rewinder, capable of being connected with rotary die-cutting machines, slitting machines and printing presses, can achieve seamless inline rewinding. Featuring a full servo tension controller, the turret rewinder ensures consistent tension throughout, enabling efficient and intelligent label production.

- The non-stop 4 spindle turret rewinder achieves a high paper loading rate of up to 100%. The turret rewinder ensures stable tension throughout the production process, maintaining optimal performance even during jog, acceleration, deceleration, and emergencies.
- The components of our rewinding system are supplied by Bosch Rexroth. With a full servo closed-loop tension controller, a vibration plate and conveyor belt, the non-stop 4 spindle turret rewinder enables continuous online rewinding without stopping.
- The 1-inch, 1.5-inch, and 3-inch quick-change air-expanding shafts eliminate the need for manual adjustment when the when changing shafts on the rewinder. The system automatically adjusts the shaft size, enabling smart production.

- Unwinding Unit
This turret rewinder is typically used in conjunction with rotary die-cutting and slitting machines, synchronized by the Japan-made Megawa inline encoder.
Standard: in conjuction with other rotary die-cutting and slitting machines.
Optional: Independent unwinding unit with guide rails and slitting station. - Automatic Paper Core Loading System
The automatic paper core loading system includes a bowl-type feeder and a conveyor belt. The Loading system ensures continuous paper core transportation, enabling efficient and highly precise operations.
- Quick-change Shaft
The turret rewinder is equipped with 12 quick-change shafts, 4 for each size of 1-inch, 1.5-inch and 3-inch.
- Automatic Gluing System
The turret rewinder is equipped with two gluing systems, one for paper core and the other for labels.
