ApplicationThe PBTCA has low phosphorus content. Because it has characteristics of both orthophosphoric acid and carboxylic acid, it has good scale and corrosion inhibition performance. Especially at high temperature, its performance is far beyond common organic phosphate.
The PBTCA is a widely used scale and corrosion inhibitor in circulating cooling water system and oilfield water injection system. It adapts to high temperature, high hardness, high alkali and high concentration occasions. It is generally used with zinc salt, copolymer, organic phosphorus, azoles and other water treatment agents. When used alone, the dosage should be 5-15mg / L.
