FSP Series Paddle Flow Switch
The paddle flow switches are designed for accurately monitoring fluid flow within large pipelines. With proven reliability and precision, these paddle flow switches provide essential protection for both low-flow and high-flow critical applications, including pump seal cooling water, pump inlet flow monitoring, cooling loop systems, flow rate alarms (high and low), valve malfunction detection, pump start-up and failure prevention, and the detection of pipe blockages or ruptures. By employing these in-line paddle flow switches, users can effectively monitor minimum and maximum liquid flow thresholds, enabling precise valve control or the establishment of precise on/off control loops. Importantly, the electrical circuitry remains fully isolated from the fluid path, ensuring enhanced safety and durability in industrial environments.
- Adjustable flow rate for consistent and stable performance.
- Liquid temperature range: 0 to 120℃
- Maximum working pressure: 13.5 bar
- Switch body is made of high-quality phosphor bronze, ensuring durability in demanding applications.
- Stainless steel paddle, available in three sizes of 3 in., 2 in., and 1 in. to ensure optimal compatibility with various fluid flow rates.
The paddle flow switches are widely utilized for precise control and monitoring of liquid flow across various industrial applications. They are extensively adopted in industries such as paper manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and HVAC systems. These flow switches also perform reliably in sewage treatment systems, hydraulic systems, cooling water circulation, laser equipment cooling, swimming pool water management, and lubrication systems.
Common applications of the FSP series paddle flow switches include compressors, heat exchangers, turbines, engines, boilers, chillers, valves, pumps, and regulators.
