The separate vacuum loader performs the functions as the integrated loader but with slightly higher power. It automatically transfers mixed or dried plastic pellets and powder materials into the hopper through vacuum suction and screw conveying, replacing manual feeding. The hopper and conveying system are installed separately, and is suitable for blown film lines with limited space or machine placement needs more flexibility.

The conveying capacity and suction height listed in the specifications are based on testing with ABS material. Actual performance may vary depending on factors such as material density, particle shape, conveying distance and height, pipeline layout, and operating settings.

When conveying hot materials, the loader must be equipped with a high-temperature resistant conveying hose rated up to 200°C.
