This system uses a galvo motor in conjunction with a dynamic focusing lens, achieving an accuracy of ±0.02mm and scanning speeds up to 9000mm/s. Paired with an F100 field lens, it ensures spot uniformity, reduces the heat-affected zone, and prevents micro-cracks in glass.
F100 quartz field lens
Made from high-purity quartz material, it can withstand temperatures up to 1200℃, avoiding thermal deformation common in traditional lenses and ensuring stable operation for high-power lasers over long periods. It optimizes the spot diameter to 20μm, improving the smoothness of cutting edges and reducing the need for secondary polishing.
