VICUT's new CNC notching machine boasts a number of improvements over its older version. This advanced notcher is the result of reasonable modification based on customer feedbacks. Its unique feature is an automated tool sensor which helps adjust the grooving depth according the extent of tool wear so that high notching precision is guaranteed over the tool use life. Typical materials that VICUT CNC notching machine can be used on include channel letters of various metals. When used in conjunction with plasma cutter, the notcher can handle heavier duty notching tasks with higher efficiency.

Imported high-precision ball screw guarantees notching speed and accuracy.
2. Metal Knife
The metal knife is capable of folding an edge at 90 degrees on all kinds of metal sheets. This notching tool can be replaced to cut different metal materials.

Suitable for batch production.
4. Feeding System
Feeding wheels are a combination of polyurethane wheel and chrome plated wheel, which effectively reduces friction and greatly improves feed accuracy.
