Description:
The YFS composite sand control screen is made up of a drilling base, precision woven filter layer, and high-density slot cover. The precision woven filter layer is a composite rolled by different filter gap stainless steel dense woven wire mesh all welded together. Advanced welding technology makes sure the composite screen has functions of high permeability, high strength, deformation resistance, and corrosion resistance. It can be used for independent screening or gravel packing.

1. 316L stainless steel dense wire mesh woven composite filter layer, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance.
2. Screen cover equipped with support screen and diffuser screen to reduce the flow resistance.
3. High deformation resistance, when radial deformation is 40%, the sand control ability remains the same. Meet the requirements for horizontal well applications.
4. Filter gap size can be controlled accurately (error range ±10µm) with no filter gap deformation.
5. Small ID, light allows for long distance horizontal movement.
YFS stainless steel composite sand control screen supply the following filter fineness for the customer:
70µm,90µm,110µm,130µm,150µm,180µm,200µm,250µm,300µm; Or designed according to layer gravel distribution.
