There are two kinds of VFD control panel to choose from, one is the general VFD control panel, and the other is the direct drive motor VFD control panel
1. General VFD Control Panel
Introduction:
The VFD control panel has the functions of stepless speed regulation, fault alarm and various protection functions.

2. It can realize the soft start of progressive cavity pump to reduce the potentially damaging inrush of the starting current.
3. Stepless adjustment of the rotation speed of the PC pump.
4. The built-in PID and PLC allow for intelligent control.
5. It has a variety of protection and alarm functions, and can record voltage, current and frequency if a fault occurs.
If the frequency converter breaks down, it can automatically reset and restart. It also performs the functions of space voltage vector control, overload warning, underload warning, etc.
6. The automatic power factor compensation gives the controller an energy-saving rate > 30%
7. The cabinet is weather-proof and tamper proof.
2. Direct Drive Motor VFD Control Panel
Features:
1. The most advanced sensorless vector control technology can facilitate a field-orientated control for permanent magnet variable frequency motors, in order to ensure that the system is energy-efficient with high precision control
2. Flexible anti-reverse device: a flexible brake is designed according to the properties of the PC pump in the cases of power outage and sudden machine shutdown. The screw elasticity can be released slowly to ensure the safety of operators and machines.
3. Temperature control device: For harsh environments, a temperature control device is designed in the intelligent control cabinet. At low temperatures, it rises the temperature to prevent condensation; at high temperature, heat is dissipated automatically. Its real-time temperature tracking function ensures that the motor works reliably for long periods of time.
