Before 2017, the customer had used traditionally designed hollow fiber membrane spinnerets which had two main problems: first, the consistence of material flow among 4 holes are poor; second, the spinneret is not easy to disassemble and assemble, and the needle is easily broken when disassembling/assembling/cleaning the spinneret. The whole spinneret of 4 holes may become damaged even when only 1 hole has the problem. The customer adopted our independent 4 holes spinneret to solve this problem and each hole can exchange individually. The independent design decreases the chance of scraping and eccentricity problems, while reducing downtime largely. Customers have been satisfied with this spinneret.
