They required that the spinneret material should have good corrosion resistance, the needle that the braided tube passes through needed high strength and reliability, the material PVDF flow between 2 holes was good, and that the hollow fiber membrane concentricity would be up to standard. After 1 year of use, the spinneret displayed good performance and the customer took a photo expressing gratitude for the quality product. When we visited in 2017, they placed an order of higher efficiency 4 holes braid tube reinforced hollow fiber membrane spinneret.
