Characteristics

This sheet metal press brake uses a steel sheet welded structure frame. The vibration treatment can relieve internal stress, which improves the rigidity and stability.
The mechanical structure is assembled into the entire machine after the welding process is complete. A CNC boring machine and milling machine are used to process the mechanical structure, ensuring the rigidity and process precision.
This bending machine uses an integrated hydraulic system, as well as a slide drive up method, which gives it a wider speed range and better stability.
The back gauge and slide uses electric adjustment and manual fine adjustment, as well as a digital display.
The slide block stroke adjustment structure and oil cylinder are divided to improve the airtightness.
The upper die is oblique with a tension compensating mechanism.
A machine-liquid and electro-hydraulic servo synchronization mechanism is used for sheet metal press brakes that weigh more than 2,500 tons. The machine also uses a tension compensation mechanism for the bolster plate.
This equipment can be connected in a line to other equipment for an entire production line.
