Sheet Metal Levelling Machine
Plate flattening machine is specially used for flattening or levelling sheet metal. It is able to flatten single sheet independently. To form a complete production line, decoiling and plate receiving structure is arranged in front of the equipment, and shearing, stacking and coupling parts can be set behind. Accompanied with a control system, the metal coil will be well flattened and cut.
Chaoli plate levelling machine adopts several rollers to repeatedly make the sheet placed between the upper and lower flattening rollers deformed to eliminate the stress and therefore flatten the plates. Sheet metal levelling machine is a commonly-used device for sheet metal processing. The types of flattening machine mainly depend on plate thickness and the material of sheet to be flattened. This machine can obviously improve the flatness of metal sheet and therefore its quality. Its structure shall be more compact with less rollers, larger roll diameter and larger power (width unchanged) for processing thicker sheet, vise versa. Carrier rolls (pulleys) are arranged outside of the upper and lower rolls to form a roll group structure. The metal plate leveller is generally comprised of a driving part, a motor and an electric control unit.
