The multi-roll dough sheeter is designed for the front-end processing of croissants and other laminated puff pastries. This machine presses the laminated dough sheets to an even thickness, preventing excessive weight deviation in the final products. It adopts a multi-stage pressing roller structure, which significantly improves processing accuracy through multi-angle rolling.

Compatibility with Multiple Dough Types

  • Versatile processing: Suitable for high-gluten dough (e.g., bread), low-gluten dough (e.g., biscuits), pastry dough, and more. Processing parameters can be adjusted to accommodate different dough hardness and extensibility.
  • Anti-sticking design: Featuring flour duster units installed above and below the dough sheet to prevent dough sticking, while rollers are made of anti-stick polymer to ensure smooth processing.
