6000mm~9000mm 3-Roll Metal Plate Rolling and Bending Machine
For this kind of steel plate rolling machine, the upper roller is designed to make vertical or horizontal movement, among which the vertical motion is hydraulically driven, which is achieved by the interaction between the piston and the oil in the hydraulic cylinder. The horizontal movement is done through the torques between the lead screw cabinet, the worm and the structure of screw and worm. Bending and rolling operations for the metal plate are done with the torque provided by the lower roller, on the lower side of which some support rollers are specially set for vertical adjustment. We have designed the upper roller to be drum shape for enhancing the straightness of the plates. This plate rolling machine for vehicle is applicable in bending various cylinder bodies.
