Tail Gas Wet Scrubber
Tail gas wet scrubber is primarily used to treat the exhaust gas from a fertilizer production line after dust has been collected. It uses a combination of water spraying, physical adsorption, and chemical neutralization to simultaneously remove acidic gases (like HCl, SO₂), alkaline gases, particulate matter, and some organic pollutants. This process significantly improves the quality of the discharged air and ensures compliance with strict environmental emission standards.
- Comprehensive purification Combines physical adsorption with chemical neutralization to provide an excellent purification effect on acidic/alkaline gases, particulate matter, and some organic compounds.
- Flexible design The spray system and packing layer can be freely combined and adjusted to suit the specific nature of the tail gas and processing needs, making it highly adaptable.
- Corrosion-resistant materials The tower body is typically made from corrosion-resistant materials like fiberglass or polypropylene, ensuring a long service life and resistance to strong acidic and alkaline environments.
