1. This auxiliary packaging equipment could melt and sprayseveral sorts of hot melt adhesives which, of no organic solvent, enjoys aviscosity lower than 30,000cps;

2. This adhesive applicator is equipped with anintelligent temperature controller which could control the operationtemperature in an automatic way. The spray quantity could be adjusted accordingto your specific needs but should never exceed the limit value the melting tankpressure allows;

3. Matched with different spray guns, this hot melt adhesive applicator couldcontinuously or intermittently spray adhesive onto any materials, such asfabrics, plastic films and paper. When used together with other apparatus, itcould be combined with the second base materials. The width and thickness couldbe adjusted within a certain range;

4. Of a smaller size and lighter weight, this applicating machine,if matched with corresponding spray heads, could be used for the packaging,sealing, cementing and surface processing. Besides, it could be used in theassembly lines, especially that of the shoes making factories;

5. The adhesive tank is equipped with both insulation devices and heatinsulation devices. This hot melt tank and electrical box  are connected by heat insulating units whichnot only save energy loss but also lower the temperature of the case andelectrical box, preventing the electrical units from being damaged due tooverheat. The pressure could be adjusted within the range form 0MP to 0.5MP;

6. Equipped with the PID temperature control system, this hot melt adhesiveapplicator could be widely used in the process of hot melt adhesive and coatingoperation, helping retain the good physical properties of hot melt adhesive atthe best operation temperature;

7. It could be matched with various spray guns, such as the point spray gun,line spray gun, wire spray gun and surface spray gun, satisfying your needs forcoating process.
