Automatic palletizer is used in fertilizer production to automatically pick up, stack, and manage pallets of packaged fertilizer bags. Using a robotic arm (Cartesian or articulated) and a conveyor line, it neatly stacks finished bags onto pallets in pre-set layers and patterns and automatically replaces empty pallets. This creates a fully integrated assembly line from packaging to palletizing to warehousing.

High efficiency
It can palletize hundreds to over a thousand bags per hour, matching the output of dozens of workers and significantly shortening packaging and warehousing turnover times.
Versatile handling
It supports various packaging materials (e.g., woven bags, plastic film) and different bag specifications from 5 kg to 50 kg. The gripper can be flexibly switched (pincer-style or vacuum suction cups).
Automated & safe
A PLC/industrial computer tracks the pickup location, stacking sequence, and equipment status in real time. It automatically alarms and shuts down in case of an anomaly, ensuring operational safety. The built-in pallet dispenser can automatically supply and retrieve pallets without manual intervention.
Safety first
The equipment is equipped with safety features like light curtain sensors and safety fences to prevent personnel from entering dangerous areas, meeting high-standard safety production requirements.
