Asphalt Crack Sealing Machine
The LGJ-500 asphalt crack sealing machine is for sealing cracks in asphalt road surface to prevent surface water flowing into the lower base along the crack, which may accelerate the expansion of cracks into potholes. The heat sealing machine enables road maintenance to start from filling cracks before they result in potholes, extending life of roads and postpone costly overhaul project, improving road security and comfortableness.
The crack sealing machine can be towed behind a variety of vehicles. The standard configurations for the crack sealer is: crack filling device, air compressor, and pavement grooving machine.
Features of Asphalt Crack Sealing Machine
1. Torque shaft type bearing bridge with low center of gravity along with the damping function is adopted to keep good stability when the vehicle is moving;
2. The towing device uses advanced collision brake system, which maintains start and brake synchronization with the towing truck without braking force;
3. The asphalt crack sealing machine adopts HTO indirect heating method. The double insulation brings good insulating effect;
4. There is a suspension frame at the rear part of the crack sealing equipment. The frame is for mounting and removing the pavement grooving machine by the force of hydraulic oil cylinder, integrating the crack sealing machine and the grooving machine for the ease of transport.
