We manufacture 3, 5 and 7 layer corrugated paper board at a maximum range of 82 x 4.5 x 4.5mm. These machines are available in three different models for customers to choose from, meeting a variety of requirements.
Introduction
The 3, 5 or 7 ply and multifunctional corrugated cardboard production line consists of a number of advanced parts and features, including mill roll stand, surface paper core, paper preheater, single facer, the overhead convey bridge, glue pasting machine, double facers, slitter scorer, cutoff, stacker, heating system, air compression system and glue making system among other parts. The corrugated paperboard production line has high, middle and low grades for different specifications and different quality equipment. By understanding what customers need, and the advanced skills of our technicians, we have developed and designed these multi-ply corrugated production lines with a speed of 150 or 220mm/min, a paper width of 1400 or 2200mm, and four fluting UV types, at A, B, C, and E for customers to choose from.
