Application

Team-D provides high quality concrete circular saw blade used in the wall cutting machine, which is widely applied to cutting and dismantling project of building's floor, beam and wall. Besides, the wall cutting machine can also be used for cutting square door and window holes and not destroy the original structure of buildings at the same time. What's more, the machine also has a widespread use in the cutting and removing of concrete road, bridge, tunnel, rock and other large objects.

Traditional welding process adopts manual welding technology such as copper welding and silver welding, which is difficult to ensure welding precision and easy to drop teeth for saw blade leading to potential safety hazard. For the above problems, our company adopts the most advanced laser welding technology ensuring no teeth dropping and providing superior sharpness and long service life. The height of common blade is 12mm and we design a kind of non-standard blade with the height of 16mm (increasing 4mm). Besides, the series of saw blade improves more than four times on the performance of sharpness and service life. The diameter specification of saw blade includes 500mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, 1600mm and 1800mm.

The main material of saw blade is steel and diamond. Team-D's diamond saw blade adopts the most advanced diamond sintering technology and laser welding technology, which has several times of sharpness than common saw blade.
