Process description:
Designed for performing head and foot cuts of aluminum billets, this automatic aluminum saw is a type of aluminum billet saw used for sawing aluminum extrusion billets quickly and precisely during the aluminum extrusion process. The billet saw is mainly used in the casting workshop for sawing aluminum logs, both long and short aluminum rods can be cut independently or at the same time. This billet sawing machine is characterized by implementing fully automatic processes including feeding, cut-to-length operation, billet marking, aluminum scrap collecting, aluminum chips recycling, short billets stacking & strapping, long billets strapping, weighing. Furthermore, the automatic billet saw can be used in extrusion process for fast heating of short billets, featuring high safety, easy operation, time saving, and fully automated running.

The saw blades used for sawing must be consistent with aluminum billets with proper thickness, and if used inappropriately, there will be quick consumption of the saw blades.
