Emulsified asphalt produced by our asphalt emulsion equipment can meet various requirements of different construction technologies. Typically, it is widely used in express highway construction and road maintenance projects.

Features
1. Our asphalt emulsion plant settled on a foundation is easy to remove and suitable for working in the field. Its dimensions are designed according to the standard export container to facilitate transportation and reduce freight charges.
2. An efficient heat exchanger is used to first cool the finished emulsified asphalt to improve the stability of emulsified asphalt storage and heat and then heat the cooling water for producing emulsified asphalt, which can not only save clear water heating expense but also reduce energy consumption.
3. Two emulsion tanks are utilized to mix the materials and drain water in turn for continuous production. Compressed air drives fluid flow which is governed by pneumatic valve.
4. The key component of our emulsion plant (i.e. colloid mill) is independently developed by our company. Its special structure of pilot rotor clearance is likely to keep tiny fixed clearance.
5. The rotation speed of the asphalt pump is controlled by a frequency governing motor, and the emulsion flow rate is regulated by a valve (displayed by the flow meter). As a result, asphalt content in emulsified asphalt (ratio of asphalt to water) can be accurately and stably controlled. In addition, specially-designed in-line sampling valve could monitor the emulsified asphalt quality.
6. All the pumps are warmed by HTF heating system before production. Hence, it is easy and convenient to replace baking with blowtorch.
7. Our asphalt emulsion plant contains a water tank. The burner and heating device could heat the clear water and realize real-time temperature control.
8. All parts in contact with the emulsion are created by qualified stainless steel for great corrosion resistance.
