Tool and Die Making
Our over 300 die sets are a tangible testament to our unique tooling strength, as we can develop and run tools and dies based on the specific metal fabrication needs. Our tooling service also means customers can order tools and dies directly from us.
1. For low-volume productions, we can develop and run single-station dies if a single stamping operation is needed to save tooling costs.
2. For high volume production runs, we can design progressive stamping dies where a series of stamping operations are performed to improve stamping efficiency.
3. When handling large, unwieldy, and complex piece parts, we usually use transfer dies for efficient production runs.
4. Deep draw dies and hydraulic presses are used to pull metal blanks to desired depths if deep drawn parts are required.
5. We can ensure tight machining tolerances if you order piece parts that need to be precision machined.
6. NC plate shear, NC press brake, turret punch press and laser cutter are used to handle sheet metals.
