  • Professional Spray Gun: Utilizes a dedicated SEADROPS blue spray gun with an effective atomization diameter range of 3–12 cm, delivering reliable and uniform coverage
  • Optimized for Cost Efficiency: Designed for use with medium- to low-viscosity release oils, maximizing material utilization and providing precise cost control
  • Flexible Operation & Memory: Configured with a single row spray guns, manually adjustable to target specific mold cavities. The Siemens control system allows storage of up to 4 different mold parameter sets for rapid product changeovers

  • Automatic Pressure Control: FESTO precision air filter and regulator enabling automatic atomization and spray-pressure control
  • High-Speed Performance: A spraying speed of 3–4 seconds per pan for an 800×800 mm pan
  • Professional Spray Gun: SEADROPS stainless steel spray gun with multi-stage airflow and atomization diameter 3–12 cm, suitable for high-viscosity oils
  • Spray-Gun Design: Available in single-row or double-row configurations to eliminate repeated manual adjustments
  • Optional:
    • Oil mist collector: Ensures a pollution-free environment in the workshop
    • Software: Automatically tracks daily production data and release agent usage, assisting operators in cost control
