These premade pouch packaging machines are designed for small-volume products, typically in the 10–200 ml range. With two filling nozzles working in parallel, two pouches are processed in each cycle instead of just one, which increases the output, and in real production the efficiency can be around 80% higher than with single-nozzle packaging machines, allowing higher volumes to be handled within the same production time. Preformed pouches are used for packaging, and the process covers pouch pick-up, opening, filling, and sealing in a synchronized cycle. Features
  • These premade pouch packaging machines can package various pouch styles in a stable way, including three-side seal, four-side seal, stand-up pouches, and special-shaped pouches.
  • Different filling systems can be selected depending on the product, so the same platform can be used for powders, granules, liquids, and viscous materials without changing the basic structure of the packaging machine.
