Wallboard
The wallboard of the auto paint booth is designed in composite structure. It is comprised of rock wool plate, aluminum alloy frame, and flame-proof insulation layer. The tongue and groove joint makes the car spray booth quite durable for use. The roof panel is made of powder coated galvanized steel.

Basement
Constructed with three 900mm wide ramps, the basement of the automotive refinishing booth is designed with the height of 330mm. Apart from the gratings, the basement also employs galvanized steel plate and square steel pipe to achieve good durability.

Generator
The generator is made of square steel frame and coated steel. The air supply and extraction is carried from the back of the generator.

Air Purification System
The air purification system of the car spray booth comprises of G3 pre-filter, EU5/F5 ceiling filter, fiberglass or G3 floor filter, pocket filter or M green fiber glass filter and active carbon exhaust fan filter.
Designed with dual filtering structure, the pre-filter of the auto coating equipment is able to capture the granules larger than 10μm and the ceiling filter is installed to capture the granules bigger than 4μm. With powerful filtering capacity, the air purification system enables the filtering rate up to 98%. Relying on differential pressure gauge, the TSP can be controlled within 1.4mg/m³.

Heating System
The heating system of the car spray booth is produced with Italy Riello RG5S diesel burner, offering the heating value as high as 260000Kcal/h. The pneumatic damper imported from Switzerland helps realize automatic changeover of spraying and curing. The heat exchanger is made of SUS304 stainless steel processed with argon arc welding technology. With the maximum temperature of 80°C, the heating time lasts 6 to 8 minutes (20-60°C). The fuel consumption varies from 6-8kg per unit.

Specially, the heat recovery system helps realize reutilization and energy saving. The heat recover rate is 30%.

Control Box
Under the control of the microcomputer program, the control box of the 22.5kW car spray booth is built with lighting button, spraying mode switch, curing switch, curing temperature controller, time setting, failure indicator, temperature controller, temperature limit controller, emergency stop switch, breakdown alarm, and so on.

It is vitally important for a company to maintain friendly relationship with distributors and dealers in order to provide considerate after-sales service to its client. Therefore, we particularly offer the following services to the distributors.

• For each car spray booth, we will deliver 2 pieces of lamp, 2 rectifiers, 10 screws, 3-5 sheets along with the product, extra.
• For special screw, hanger, light box sheet and some other small accessories easy to lose during installation, our warehouse worker will deliver 1-2 pieces more as the spare part.
• As to the orders for 3-4 sets of standard car spray booth, JINGZHONGJING will present 1 piece of standard wallboard to our client.
• 1 set of door sealing strip for 50mm wallboard and 10 pieces of electronic rectifier for the distributors who order more than 6 sets of car painting equipment from us, quarterly.
• For the distributors who purchase more than 12 sets of industrial spray booth from us within two quarters, we will offer 1 set of front door bolt, 1 programme control box, 5 pieces of hinges, and 5 pieces of handle.
• 1 set of actuator, 2 sets of door bolts, 10 pieces of hinges, 5 pieces of handle and temperature gauge with inductive probe for customers ordering 20 sets of car spray booth from us within 3 quarters.
• Particularly, for the orders with the
sale price 10% higher than the floor price, we will provide a reel of 1×20m fiberglass free of charge. As to the purchase order for more than 3 sets of thermal paint booth with the profit rate over 10%, we will present 1 set of roof filtering cotton.
• We will communicate with our distributors with annual purchase amount up to RMB 2 million through Email quarterly to confirm if any support for the quick-wear parts for car spray booth is needed, such as 4kW centrifugal fan, door bolt, and some others.
• For VIP customers, we will give gift to our client on his birthday or Christmas Day.
• Regular return visit to VIP customer enables us to understand desired after-sales service and provide related solution in time.
