DTS turnkey integrated water recovery system, suitable for new and existing retort installations, provides an engineered and seamless solution to redeploy the water in the retort for the supply in the plant reuse for heat and cooling phases. The system is managed by a sterilizer inner flexible controller and an independent HMI to select parameters to provide the most effective water-saving model for the production plant.
Energy recovery aims the integrated recycling of steam energy, thermal energy and water resources that DTS will discharge, which can be recycled use according to the workflow of the sterilization retort, thereby helping customers reduce production costs.
