In order to meet high block requirements, Qunfeng has successively developed the QFT series block machine with optional height choices of 250mm and 300mm. Drawing from previous models, this equipment has a larger production range, stronger inspire force and higher overall rigidity.

The basic information of the Concrete Block Machine

2. Electrical hydraulic control relief valves can automatically adjust the oil flowing and pressure as per specific working requirements, and the integrated high pressure oil pile to buffer working hydraulic cylinder.
3. The concrete block machine uses well-structured vibrating shafts to assure the vibration is distributed uniformly in the range of the vibrating table, thereby improving the uniformity and stability of concrete blocks.
4. The concrete block making machine uses with a good design of fixing table to improves the production speed, high quality and very precision dimension .
5. The concrete block machine has strong well coated steel frame, allow the machine working tough working environment.

The QF1300(300) concrete block machine has 10 stands for ten pieces of making ten pieces of concrete blocks with size of the concrete 400x200x200mm, 15 stands for the cycle time of 15 seconds, 300 stands for the maximum height of product 10mm - 300 mm has the production output of 14,400-19,200 blocks (400x200x200mm) or 200-272 cubic meters for one day (8 working hours). As the molds are changeable, the block making machine is able to produce different types of blocks/bricks. This popular medium size block making machine is the one used by most of our customers.
