FENZO's hydraulic swing clamps are intended to keep workpieces in place while the CNC machine is performing machining operations. The operating pressure ranges from 2MPa to 7MPa.

Features

Sturdy swing mechanism, high-speed rotation operation
The outer race rotates in response to a corresponding rotation of the steel ball and piston rod, thus minimizing the resistance caused by the swing action. The diameter of piston rod is enlarged for torque reduction. Additionally, the bigger steel balls and optimized groove design are employed to ensure high endurance. (clamping position repeatability is within ±0.5°)
Excellent seal prevents coolant entering
Unique sealing structure is designed to protect against high pressure coolant, achieving tight seal effect.
Speed control valve can be directly mounted
The adjustment of swing speed can be easily conducted by directly mounting speed control valve to improve synchronization.
