EPP Series CNC servo electric press brake is a newly-developed electric servo bending machine, which overcomes the limitations of previous electric servo models. It is also our company's patented invention (ZL202011465863.8), with many features and innovative advantages that meet current market demand:
- The combination of high-performance servo motor and high-load ball screw ensures high bending accuracy, high energy conversion efficiency and a pressing speed of up to 60mm/s.
- The automatic lubrication system effectively protects the transmission components and reduces mechanical failures.
- Free of the troubles of oil leakage in traditional bending machines, resulting in low maintenance costs.

Equipped with a high-precision wedge compensation system controlled by a CNC system, it provides precise compensation to ensure stable bending accuracy.
- Measurement unit
Equipped with a highly regarded European grating ruler with a resolution of up to 5um, this unit can achieve high-precision synchronous detection of bending accuracy.
- Self-lubricating system
It prevents ball screw wear, provides protection against surface corrosion, and ensures a tight seal against dust.
- Special connection mechanism between upper slider and ball screw
The upper slide plate is connected through a special mechanism to effectively protect the core moving component, the ball screw, ensuring smooth operation of the machine.
- Multi-Drive Combined Transmission Structure Technology
Due to factors such as load impact, deformation, and biased load, electric servo press brakes are typically limited to small tonnage. To achieve larger tonnage capabilities, there are still certain technical bottlenecks. However, we have successfully applied the innovative multi-drive combined drive structure technology, which significantly enhances the payload capacity of press brakes. This breakthrough further expands the application scope of electric servo technology in the sheet metal bending industry.
